It's been my pleasure to assist a new client seeking a home in Ventana Golf Villas. My Client is downsizing from a larger home and wanted something for the short time while here in the winter. Since the current market is lacking inventory, we knew it was going to be a little challenging. Watching the inventory closely would be key.
A few weeks in, a perfect home came on the market. It had 2 bedrooms, office, good square footage, Cul De Sac Lot on the Golf Course and most importantly a 2 car garage + golf cart garage. The only catch was that it came on the market already under contract. How does this happen? A lot of times it’s people the agent or owner know.
I quickly contacted the agent, submitted a backup offer on behalf of my buyer and ultimately got the offer accepted for my buyer. My client closed on the home last week and I’m so pleased. My client will have the ability to enjoy Ventana Golf Club and visit friends in the community easily.
